We had lunch in "Caffé Italia" in Rotterdam. Good pizza crust, good house wine, good service and an amazing salad. Absolutely delicious. Not cheap but not expensive either.
Salad ingredients:
Lettuce,
arugula,
roasted pumpkin,
buffalo mozzarella,
red cabbage,
pickled red onion
and hazelnuts.
